Katarzyna Plewczynska (Fotostyk) works as a photographer and photo editor and lives in Warsaw, Poland. Her main focus is on sports photography, with a particular interest in football and volleyball.
Plewczynska covers national and international sporting events. She has been attending major sporting competitions such as: The Four Hills Tournament, UEFA Euro League, Champions League, Volleyball World and European Championships and many other important events.
This year, Katarzyna Plewczynska will cover the Polish Football and Volleyball League and photograph the matches of the Polish national football and volleyball teams as well as the VNL Final in Gdańsk in July 2023. She also hopes to photograph the European Volleyball Championships.
As a former photo editor at one of Poland's biggest sports newspapers, Plewczynska knows the industry inside out and understands what goes into a good sports photo. In addition to sports photography, her portfolio also includes architecture, landscape, reportage and stock photography.
