IMAGO focus their attention on photojournalism this October in light of their UK Picture Editor Guild sponsorship.
Berlin, Germany - October 10, 2022. After proudly announcing their latest sponsorship at the UK Picture Editor Guild Awards, set to be held on October 17, Berlin-based photography agency, IMAGO will be featuring first hand accounts and interviewing photojournalists throughout the month of October.
Handing over their platforms to esteemed photographers both within their global network and the wider industry as a whole, IMAGO look to present the stories from those who devote their career to telling those of others.
Sponsoring the Photograph of the Year Award as part of this year’s UK Picture Editor Guild Awards and the first public vote of its kind, IMAGO will present interviews, photo essays and first hand accounts from numerous photographers around the world in celebration. Covering subjects from national elections to war, from Europe to Africa the aim will be to depict the importance of photojournalism as a craft.
